With a heart for service and a career spanning over two decades, Melinda Humphrey has been dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities since 1998. Her journey in this field has included a wide range of roles, from direct care and case management to program development and leadership. Each step has deepened her commitment to creating inclusive, person-centered services that empower individuals and families alike.
Melinda is a proud graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, holding a degree in business management. She brings both professional expertise and personal passion to her role as COO, ensuring that every program her company offers is rooted in dignity, respect and a belief in every person’s potential.

With a passion for service, and a career spanning over three decades, Felicia Richardson has been in the medical field since 1994. Her journey in the medical field has included a wide range of roles from direct care, EMT, LPN, and RN. Each role has led to a deeper commitment to servicing the needs of the whole individual.
Felicia Richardson is a proud graduate of Georgia State University, as well as Grand Canyon University holding a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She has an extensive background, encompassing experience in oncology, medical-surgical, dialysis, and mother/baby/labor and delivery units, as well as my earlier career as an EMT and LPN, provides a strong foundation for our commitment to exceptional care. I have dedicated my career to serving others and am proud to bring this experience to THIRSTLLC.
